Our family
Come Home Property was set up by Paul and Lisa
We are both passionate about providing affordable housing and giving back to the local community. As much as we are property investors we consider ourselves solutions providers. We want to help those wanting to sell their houses, and provide good quality homes for others to live in.
We provide homes suitable for single people, couples both young and old and families. We also work with social housing providers and local authorities to provide good homes for people in need of support.
We ensure all properties are good quality and fully compliant in terms of property certification and any licensing requirements and all our properties are fully managed by one of our local suppliers.

Paul
Paul Brookes has worked in the property industry for the last 11 years providing good quality properties at an affordable price.
Over the years Paul has managed in excess of 2000 properties by successfully placing over 5000 people to live in safe, compliant properties . He has managed property for a wide range of owners including local authorities and housing associations, pub companies, care providers, private developers, charities and individual property owners. Paul has converted pubs, offices, community centres, leisure centres, police and fire stations, hotels, student halls of residence, mansions and even a morgue into great homes for people to live in.
Paul, alongside his partner Lisa, has now gone on to set up Come Home Property Group with the same aim of providing good quality houses that people want to come home to in local communities that are in desperate need of quality, affordable accommodation.
Paul said:
“I grew up in South Wales and it is important to me to do my part to help create a healthy economy in Wales by creating homes that people want to come home to. I want to provide high quality, affordable homes for local people and so that local businesses benefit and local communities thrive”
Lisa
Lisa's background is project management. Lisa has worked for a number of government agencies with the common purpose of working to protect consumers from harm. She has managed a large number of high profile, complex and large scale projects with in the civil service and regulated sectors.
Lisa has always been passionate about making the world a better place and brings that mindset to property investing. One property at a time, she wants to help revitalise the South Wales economy, by providing good quality homes at affordable prices.
